Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee
The Board of Education established an independent Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee in accordance with Education Code and applicable Board policy to ensure bond proceeds are expended only for the school facilities projects listed in the Bond Project List.
The Monrovia Unified Board of Education approved the following community members to the Measure MM Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee:

- Denise Manzur
- Marc Rose
- Charles Alley
