The mission of Student Support Services is to support the health, safety and well-being of students enrolled in the Monrovia Unified School District.
Student Support Services provides service and support in the important areas of student health, discipline, safe schools, emergency preparedness, school transfers, compulsory attendance and reduction of truancy.
Student Support Services supports our schools by assisting staff with the application of district policies, procedures and the law regarding the social, emotional, physical and intellectual well-being of all students.
The Student Support Services department is dedicated to enhancing positive communication and strong relationships between home and school. Our goal is to provide support to families, students and staff to ensure that all students have an opportunity to succeed. We work diligently to support families and sites, to resolve concerns enabling students to have a positive educational experience with orderly campuses where every student feels safe and ready to learn.
