The goal of the Human Resources Department is to provide support to our employees and to recruit highly qualified staff in order to assist Monrovia students in all aspects of their educational experience. We will do so in a friendly, positive, cooperative and helpful manner. It is the intent of our department to ensure that our efforts are focused on what is in the best interest of our students and our staff.

Human Resources is responsible for providing information related to credentials, health and welfare benefits, certificated and classified employment opportunities and applications, salary schedules, job fairs and links to personnel related sites.
