The MUSD Board of Education will conduct a public hearing on May 6th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider input regarding the criteria for the composition of trustee area maps to be used in the event the Board approves a transition to by-trustee area elections.

The public is invited to participate in upcoming community forums to discuss the transition from at-large to area-based elections for our School Board.

The Monrovia Board of Education is considering a Resolution to change its current at-large voting system to a district-based voting system. The Board of Education will hold two public hearings on April 17 and possibly April 25 to receive public input on the criteria and composition of proposed trustee areas.
