In place of the parade, carnival, and live-local entertainment, a virtual experience has been planned that will still allow us all to wish Monrovia a happy birthday, from the safety of our homes.
A commemorative video with birthday wishes from the community will be aired during a special Facebook Watch Party on May 16, 2020. You can participate by sending a short video with Happy Birthday Monrovia wishes from you and your family. Last year’s parade will be shown at 10 a.m. with a dignitary welcome following the parade.
