The department of Purchasing and Warehouse Services' mission is to provide direct support to the educational missions and goals of the District by assisting departments in obtaining high quality products and services, at the lowest possible acquisition cost, in the time needed. 
 

Hours of Operation

Warehouse receiving hours are from 6:30 am - 2:30 pm.
 
For large item deliveries, please contact the warehouse twenty four to forty eight hours in advance to make an appointment at 626-471-2080. This ensures that the facility is ready to accept the delivery and will avoid unnecessary delays.   
 
Purchasing office hours are from 6:30 am - 3:30 pm.
 
The Purchasing Team invites suppliers and vendors to visit the Purchasing Department to become familiar with the District's Purchasing Policies and Procedures.  It is the District's hope that the visit will be mutually informative and beneficial for the vendor as well as the District.
