Superintendent's Update: California Voting Rights Act (CVRA) The Monrovia Board of Education is considering a Resolution to change its current at-large voting system to a district-based voting system. The Board of Education will hold two public hearings on April 17 and possibly April 25 to receive public input on the criteria and composition of proposed trustee areas.
