As a result of the Bobcat Fire, we have needed to postpone the event. The new date of our second annual State of the Schools Address is Oct. 21, 2020.

Dear Monrovia Families,

We hope you are safe. Please know that you are in our thoughts - especially during these grey days. Last Friday, almost 500 meals were distributed by Flame Broiler. We are so grateful for their generosity, as well as the generosity of Fellowship Monrovia. When we were forced to close our doors, they opened theirs.

Supporting one another during this time of crisis is a community effort and responsibility.

Monrovia Unified School District will celebrate the grand re-opening of the Monrovia High School (MHS) Weight Room with an Open House on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020 from 2 to 7 p.m. This special Open House will take place inside the newly renovated MHS Weight Room.

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors allocated $15 million in CARES Act funding for childcare vouchers to serve essential workers and low-income families in the County.
