Addendum #1 - Proposal Deadline submission extended to December 28th @11 AM
 
Addendum#2/Page 7 -  Scope of Work ( Exhibit  A-1):  Modification/removal of material breach charge of 25% for everyday operations not completed within the same day parameter.
 
Section 2. Vendor  Project Resources:   Operations are expected to be completed on the same day operationally for each applicable site. Vendor to notify district 72 hours ahead of scheduled operational date if operations will take longer than one day for planning/coordination. Vendor to provide an alternative solution that is feasible to the District. 
 
Addendum#3/Page 8 -   Scope of Work ( Exhibit  A-1):  Modification/removal of material breach charge of 25% for everyday transportation/relocation operations are not completed within the same day parameter.

Section 5.
