Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)

The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) has been developed with community input, based on student outcomes, and following guidelines regarding eight priority areas outlined by the California Department of Education.  After careful analysis of district needs and student outcomes, it was determined that the LCAP for Monrovia Unified School District should be written in three distinct goal areas:  student achievement, third grade literacy and student engagement.
