5. Fill out the form – you must have your student’s Identification Number. If you have e-mail you will receive daily updates and your student’s teacher will be able to e-mail you information; if you do not have e-mail, leave that area blank.

    Seniors, did you apply to 4 or more colleges? If yes, don't forget to enter the Apply to 4 or More Raffle for your chance to win a grad or prom night ticket. Two lucky winners will be selected the last week before winter break. Go to Room 109 to show Ms. Ly your four. Deadline to enter is this Friday. 

     

    ROP is now offering 2 Career Tech Courses for Construction and Nursing Assistant. Classes will be held at Monrovia Community Adult School. Interested students please go see your counselor ASAP!

     

    This is the last week for tutoring for the fall semester. Tutoring is available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:15-4:15 in the library.  Tutoring will resume on Monday, January 12th.

     

    Thursday, December 11th is the math parent meeting in room 210 starting 5:00p.m.  Get information about our transition into common core math instruction.

     

    The fourth session of our Latino Family Literacy Night combined with our ELAC meeting is on Tuesday, December 16th at 5:30p.m. in room 108.   We will have a representative from PCC to share about the registration process for a community college. 

     

    Final exams are next week December 17th – 19th.  Students will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

     

    Winter break is from December 22nd through January 5th.  Second semester begins on Tuesday, January 6th.

     

    Second semester schedule distribution is on Tuesday, January 6th starting at 7:30am in friendship circle.  All students are required to pick up their official schedule for second semester.

     

    Congratulations to Kylie Bush and Savanna Fulcher for being the 2014 Parent Teacher Student Association Reflections Contest winners in Photography and Visual Arts, respectively.

    Alumnos del 12vo grado si as aplicado a mas de 4 universidades recuerda de participar en el sorteo para tu oportunidad de ganar un boleto para Grad Night o Prom.  Dos estudiantes serán seleccionados la semana antes de vacaciones de invierno.  Visita a Ms. Ly en el aula 109 para más información.  Este viernes es el último día para entrar al sorteo.

    ROP esta ofreciendo clases de Construcción y Asistente de Enfermera en la Escuela para Adultos de Monrovia.  Estudiantes interesados por favor visiten a sus consejeras lo mas pronto posible.

    Esta es la última semana de tutoría después de escuela para este semestre.  Tutoría se lleva a cabo los lunes, martes y jueves de 3:15 – 4:15 en la biblioteca escolar.  Las sesiones de tutoría comenzaran el segundo semestre el 12 de enero.

    Este jueves 11 de diciembre tendremos una junta de padres en el salón 210 a las 5 de la tarde.  Esta junta es para darles información acerca de nuestra  transición a las clases de matemáticas integradas. 

    La cuarta sesión del Latino Family Literacy sera combinada con la junta de ELAC el martes 16 de diciembre a las 5:30 en el aula 108.  Tendremos un representa de PCC quien compartirá el proceso de registración para colegio comunitario.

    Examenes finales serán administrados el 17 al 19 de diciembre.  Los estudiantes saldrán a las 12:30 el miércoles, jueves y viernes de la próxima semana.

    Las vacaciones de invierno comienzan el 22 de diciembre hasta 5 de enero.  Segundo semestre comienza el martes 6 de enero.  La programación de clases para el segundo semestre sera distribuido el martes 6 de enero a las 7:30 en Friendship Circle.  Todos los estudiantes tienen que recoger su programación oficial para el segundo semestre antes de entrar a clases.
